How does managed copy trading work?+
You deposit capital with Alto. Our team manages trading, and your account shows the results allocated to you. Your dashboard brings together confirmed deposits, published performance and account history.
How do I make a deposit?+
Open Deposit in your account. Send USDT using TRON (TRC20), then submit the amount and transaction ID. Your capital is credited after the transfer is confirmed.
Do I need my own MT5 account?+
You do not need to connect a personal MT5 account or select a separate trader for this service. Trading is managed by the Alto team.
Where can I save my withdrawal address?+
Open Withdrawal and add your USDT receiving address on TRON (TRC20). You can save a Binance address or another compatible wallet. Withdrawal requests and payouts are currently unavailable.
When are my results updated?+
Performance is published after the underlying trading records have been reviewed. Account results are separate from the Gold market chart, which displays an external market feed.
Are trading returns guaranteed?+
No. Trading may produce profits or losses, including loss of the capital you commit. Earlier performance does not guarantee future outcomes.
Managed copy trading involves financial risk. You may lose part or all of the capital you commit, and profits are not guaranteed. Historical results do not establish what will happen in the future. Consider your circumstances and understand the service before funding your account.
Deposits are credited after confirmation. Trading results are published after review and are separate from the external Gold market feed. A saved withdrawal address does not submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests and payouts through this portal are currently unavailable.
